Federal Air Marshal (AFSD-LE)

Summary

The primary purpose of this Federal Air Marshal (FAM), Assistant Federal Security Director for Law Enforcement (AFSD-LE) position is to establish and maintain liaison with various law enforcement authorities on behalf of TSA, and coordinates activities with these entities within the transportation security domain in their area of responsibility. The AFSD-LE receives direction and guidance from the FSD but reports to the LE field office SAC for personnel and law enforcement matters.
